Privacy Policy for Brainwave Decoder

We care about your privacy – and your ideas. What you create in Brainwave Decoder is entirely your own, and we've built the service to protect exactly that.

Your ideas are yours – period.

Brainwave Decoder never saves the ideas you type in or the results generated by the service. All work happens in your browser. When you close the page or refresh it, all data is automatically deleted.

If you want to save something, you do it yourself – for example directly to your Google Drive, under full control. We have no access to your files.

This is an important part of our promise:
You own your ideas. We don't look. We don't save.

1. What information we collect

To make the service work technically, we collect:

  • Your email address (if you log in via Google)
  • Technical data (e.g., browser type, screen size, error messages)

We do not collect:

  • Your ideas
  • Content you write or generate
  • Files you create or save to Drive

2. How we use the information

We only use the information to:

  • Deliver a working service
  • Improve the experience technically
  • Communicate when needed (e.g., for support or major updates)

3. We don't share your information

We don't sell your data. We also don't share it with third parties, except when required to run the service – and then only to trusted technology partners who follow our data security standards.

4. How we protect information

All data required for functionality is stored securely and only for the time it's needed. Your content data (ideas, results, etc.) is never stored on our servers.

5. Your rights

You always have the right to:

  • Request information about what we store (it's very little!)
  • Have your data deleted or corrected
  • Withdraw consent at any time

6. Changes to the policy

We'll notify you if we make major changes. The latest version of this policy is always available on our website.
